All Packages include:

Head Chef and wait staff (minimum 4hours inclusive of preparation and service time), white napkins and all necessary sauces per selections. Our own equipment, serving platters etc.

• Chef & Wait staff are included in our price above for 4 hours.
• 9 pieces Finger Food selections is ideal for 2- 2 1/2 hours of service time.
• 12 – 15 pieces of Finger Food selections is ideal for 3 hours of service time.
• Should staff be required more than the 4 hours already included in package and price there will be extra charges incurred.
